Terry specializes in Ada County and Canyon County, focusing much of his time on first time home buyers, relocation buyers and sellers, second home investors, and multi-family Investment property. Terry has a passion for helping people find their perfect dream home, and has invested hundreds of hours on specialized training to ensure that he is educated in all aspects of the ever changing real estate industry. Among these achievements, Terry is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institution (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and has received a Certificate for Internet Professionalism (e-PRO) Terry achieved all of these designations, as well as becoming an Associate Broker, all within his first two years of becoming a licensed Real Estate agent. Recently certified as a 203k loan specialist, he is always working towards keeping up with the loan industry in order to better assist his clients and educating them on the different and creative types of financing available today.

Terry is honored to have been the chairman for the 2010 & 2011 St Jude Dream Home, a fund raiser that generated almost $1,500,000 for the St Jude Childrens Hospital.
