There is more to do and explore in Boise than you will be able to accomplish on
a typical two or three day trip. However, there are several recommendations that
will help make your visit as enjoyable and as productive as possible.
A great way to begin your visit is to have one of our agents give you a free tour
of the Boise area. We specialize in Boise relocation and providing area tours is
one of the things that we do best! Getting your bearings for the layout of our great
town at the beginning of your trip will make the remainder of your visit to Idaho
much more productive.
Where are the different parts of the Boise area and what makes them unique? (The
North End, Eagle, Meridian, Downtown Boise, SE Boise, the Bench, Foothills East,
etc.) Where are the key elements and destination points in the Boise area? (BoDo,
Spectrum, the Connector, Hyde Parke, Boise Centre on the Grove, Boise Towne Square
Mall, etc.) Where are the new parts of town? Where are the mature parts of town?
What do the locals know that someone visiting for the first time might miss? We
will cover each of these points and more during your tour.
Our Boise area tour is absolutely free and takes approximately two to three hours.
Our goal is to earn your trust and ultimately represent you in the purchase of your
next home. Our services are free to buyers. To make arrangements for a Boise area
tour please call 208-939-5151 or

You might also wish to see a few homes along the tour as well. Seeing a few homes
in each part of town will help provide you with a feel for prices and home styles
in each area. A good approach to finding the perfect home is to first identify the
part of town you want to live in and then focus your detailed home search on that
area. Seeing a few homes in each part of town during your initial Boise tour will
help towards this goal.
Once you know which part of town you want to live we can take you to see any and
all homes of interest. We are happy to arrange a complete property tour. Whether
you need just a few hours, a full day, or several days of dedicated service, our
agents stand ready to help. To make arrangements for a property tour please call
208-939-5151 or

Before your visit be sure choose a great place to stay. Two favorites are the Grove
Hotel in downtown Boise or the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle. The
Grove Hotel is an upscale and very well kept hotel within
walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the Edwards Cinema in BoDo. Boise's
downtown is clean and safe. The Grove Hotel is connected to the Qwest arena so consider
picking up evening tickets to a Steelheads, Stampede or Burn game if your visit
conincides with a team's
home
schedule. The
Hilton Garden Inn is located in the heart of Eagle
which is a good center point for exploring Boise, Meridian and Eagle. The Hilton
Garden Inn resides in a very clean, safe and upscale locale and shares the same
parking lot as several restaurants including
Bardenay,
Mai Thai and
Cool Hand Lukes.
If an economic hotel stay is more your style you certainly wont have to sacrifice
much. Consider the
Comfort Inn in Meridian or the
Ameritel Inn in Boise. The Ameritel Inn is immediately
adjacent to the Boise Spectrum which includes an Edwards Cinema and several restaurants.
While in Boise be sure to take in
the sites and set aside some time to enjoy yourself. In the winter take a drive
up to Bogus Basin and spend an hour snow sledding. Its just as fun as you remember
it! In the summer set aside a couple of hours and float the Boise river out of Barber
Park. This is one of Boise's favorite past times! Also be sure to check out the
old fashioned candy shop at Bown Crossing or Goody's Ice Cream Parlor in Hyde Pack
(pictured). Yum! Go for a late afternoon walk or picnic at Albertson Park in a beautiful
and relaxing setting with walking paths, small animal reserve, ponds and much more
all in the heart of the city. Go to the zoo, hit the water park, see a movie, walk
through downtown, see a BSU football game, see an Idaho Steelheads hockey game,
go to the Shakespeare Fesitval, visit the Opera, enjoy the Ballet. No matter your
tastes there is so much to do in Boise you simply can't go wrong!
