Sumer is a 4th generation Idahoan, born and raised in the great city of Boise, Idaho. She attended Boise State University and College of Western Idaho for her college degree. Throughout the years she has developed a deep understanding of the countless benefits of life in the Treasure Valley.

As a mother/daughter duo, Sumer has teamed up with long time real estate agent Peggy Cedillo, for a combined of over 30 yrs of real estate experience. They pay special attention to local issues, trends and market fluctuations as the Treasure Valley continues to grow. Together, they are passionately dedicated to helping their clients achieve their goals and dreams.

In Sumer’s spare time she enjoys spending time with family and her fur baby. She is an avid outdoors woman and can often be found mountain biking, skiing, hiking or climbing in Idaho’s great outdoors.
