My name is Irina Pavlov, and while I wasn’t born in Boise, Idaho, it is the place I’ve come to call home. I grew up in Colorado, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and an easy-going, close-knit community. But life has a way of changing your path, and for me, that change came when my family moved to Boise during my sophomore year of high school. That move, though difficult at the time, shaped the person I am today, and Boise has been home ever since. When we first moved, I didn’t know what to expect but over time, Boise became the place I knew I wanted to raise my own family.
After high school, I stayed in Boise and decided to start my career. As a young adult, I had always known that I wanted to work in real estate. I’ve always had a keen eye for detail, and I love the idea of helping others navigate one of the most significant decisions they’ll ever make—buying or selling a home. I can’t say exactly when the seed was planted, but I’ve always been fascinated by homes and the stories they tell. Growing up, I would spend a lot of time looking through real estate listings, daydreaming about the different types of homes. But life has a way of throwing curveballs, and it wasn’t until later in life that I finally took the leap to pursue my dream professionally.
One of the biggest influences on my journey was becoming a mother. I have two amazing children, and being a mom has taught me so much about patience, persistence, and the importance of community. The desire to provide a stable and supportive environment for my family pushed me to find a career that allowed for flexibility and growth—something I could truly build a future around. Real estate was the perfect fit.
Living in Boise for the past 20 years has given me a unique perspective on the city’s growth and evolution. When I first moved here, Boise was still a hidden gem—peaceful, charming, and a bit of a secret. Now, as the city has flourished into one of the most desirable places to live in the country, I’ve watched neighborhoods evolve, new developments rise, and businesses thrive. Through it all, I’ve seen firsthand how people are drawn to this wonderful city for its balance of outdoor adventure, urban amenities, and a strong sense of community.
Being in Boise for so long has given me an intimate knowledge of the area. I know the neighborhoods, the schools, the hidden spots that make this city special, and the trends that have shaped its real estate market. As a real estate agent, that local expertise is invaluable. I take great pride in helping my clients find homes that fit their needs, whether they are first-time buyers, growing families, or those looking to downsize.
What I love most about real estate is the personal connection. Every home tells a story, and every client has a vision for their life. Whether I’m helping someone move into their first home or assisting a family in finding a place to settle down, I get to be a part of something meaningful. The trust people place in me to guide them through one of the most significant financial decisions they will make is an honor I take very seriously.
After 20 years, Boise is no longer just a place I moved to—it’s home. And it’s the home I’m so grateful to help others find, whether they’re coming here for the first time or looking to settle down in a city they’ve come to love, just like I did. I’ve always known that I wanted to be a real estate agent, but it wasn’t just about finding houses. It was about helping people find their home. And that’s a dream I’m proud to live every day.
